When I was pregnant I would read to Peyton almost every single night, yes I slacked just a little lol. Reading to your children is definitely something I was always excited to do because I was read to when I was a child and had SO many books than I could ever read. I always remember going to the book store with my mom or grandma and picking out a book to read to take home or just sit in the kid section and read for a little while and have some quiet time. I also had a book fair growing up at my schools and we got to take home papers to circle the books we wanted our parents to get us and of course I always had to have the Most expensive one cause let’s face it books aren’t cheap!!!. The one thing my husband and I decided on is for our baby shower to bring a book and sign it so we could read to Peyton and we got so many of them. I also would pick some up at the thrift baby stores since they were normally pretty cheap and now she has quite the collection! We are currently working on making a reading corner in her room and adding a little chair. Peyton is only 4 months right now almost 5 months so she won’t know about a reading corner but she will definitely get the use out of it as she grows. Do you read to your littles? If so email us or comment and let us know what your favorite books are!
